I had an amazing stay at a beautiful lodge in a secluded area near York. the lodge was well-equipped with everything I needed and the decor was lovely. the highlight was the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the staff were friendly and easy to reach if I needed anything. I felt safe and had plenty of privacy. Highly recommended!

The lodge was welcoming and had a great layout. It had a private parking bay, a porch, and a small garden with hedges for privacy. The hot tub was under a roof and was super private. The lodge had two bedrooms and a modern, cozy interior. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were shops and restaurants nearby.

We got great value for our money with a fine lodge that had every little detail thought through. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and parks within easy driving distance. The staff at High Oaks were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety of breakfast options.

This place is mind-blowing! It's super clean, spacious, and has every detail covered. The welcome basket was a nice touch. The private hot tub was jaw-dropping and absolute bliss! The lodge was warm and welcoming with a great layout. It had a parking bay, porch, and private garden. The decoration was stunning, and the electric fireplace and Christmas tree were a bonus. The fully fitted kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient. It's in a great location, close to shops and parks. We can't recommend it enough! The fast WiFi was a plus. We've already recommended it to our friends and can't wait to return.

We had an amazing time at these lodges! the lodges were absolutely fantastic, with all the amenities you could possibly need. the owners were also extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, giving us the best of both worlds with its peaceful surroundings and easy access to the hustle and bustle of a nearby city.

The only thing we can think of that could have been improved is having a bit more lighting along the paths. Apart from that, we really couldn't fault our experience.

WiFi was a savior in this technology-obsessed world, and the terrace was a nice spot to enjoy a drink. Parking was like finding a unicorn in London. York Minster was so close, but I didn't make it due to my busy schedule.

Oh, and I just adored having only a short stay, absolutely fantastic.
